Shipping Policy + Returns

Returns:
GAT provides a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, evaluated on a case-to-case basis. GAT uses 1-to-1 scale models of firearms to press the holsters and everything is checked for proper fit and function prior to leaving the shop. In the event that you have received an item that is defective out of the box (this does NOT include ordering the incorrect model or light combination/requesting items we do not offer in the notes) - we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the defective/incorrect item. Pictures of the holster will need to be submitted to verify where the defect exists. If the holster has been cut, reheated (this includes leaving it in your car on a hot day), or otherwise altered and/or sold by a third party that is not an authorized dealer, the warranty will be voided. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct gun model, gun/light combo, holster style, and listed any modifications to your pistol because we will make only what is ordered and all custom orders are final, meaning non-refundable/non-returnable.

 

Disclaimers:
Guns should be re-holstered while the holster is not being worn. GAT will not be held legally responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained from the misuse of our holsters. Always practice safe firearm handling techniques. If you decide to re-holster while wearing the holster, please ensure there are no obstructions in the trigger well, such as clothing, while re-holstering. IF THE HOLSTER BECOMES DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. If you encounter issues while using the holster, feel free to reach out to us at any time. 

 

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL:
Pistol/light models and Kydex color/pattern options can NOT be altered or modified once your order is placed. Depending upon the model and/or model/light combination - some holsters may be made open-ended to accommodate multiple versions of a particular pistol family. 

 

Shipping:
We ship all of our products USPS with tracking and insurance.

 

LEAD TIMES:
Our current lead time of 1 week is an estimate and not a guarantee. This can increase depending on the amount of orders received. GAT will make an effort to update you with any delays in processing your order but again, is not a guarantee.  If a week has passed with no update, you can reach out to us for an update. 

 

We will update you with tracking information as soon as we are completed with your order.
